Visa Application Process

Step 4: Complete the Application & Gather Documents
Fill out the visa application form accurately. Based on your travel purpose, we will assist you in organizing and preparing the necessary supporting documents to ensure your application is complete.
Step 5: Attend Your Appointment
Arrive on time at the Visa Application Center or embassy/consulate. Submit your application and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph), and pay the applicable visa fee.
Step 6: Track Your Application
Monitor the status of your application online using the tracking system. You’ll need your application reference number and date of birth.
Step 7: Receive Your Passport
Once processing is complete, collect your passport in person or opt for courier delivery (if available). If your visa is approved, verify that all details on the visa sticker are correct.
Step 8: Prepare for Travel

Yes. The insurance has to be in your name and valid throughout the Schengen area and for the duration of your stay. At least € 30.000 of medical costs are reimbursed, including hospital care, emergency treatment and repatriation (including in the event of death).
No, an interview is not mandatory. Most applications are processed based on submitted documents. However, in some cases, the embassy may request an interview if they need additional information or clarification.
Yes, if you haven’t given biometrics for a Schengen visa in the last 59 months, you must provide fingerprints and a digital photo.
Passport, ID, Birth certificate. If the applicant is minor and travels without parents or with one parent: Officially recognized statement from both parents (this condition shall not apply if there is only a single parent or he/she holds the parental authority alone) or legal guardian authorizing the child to travel and covering the costs with evidence on the existence of the financial coverage..
Children under 12 years old are exempt from fingerprinting but still need a digital photo. Children aged 12 and above must provide full biometrics.
The documents are to be presented in (or translated to) English/Spanish.
US citizens who wish to stay in Spain for tourist or business purposes for up to 90 days do not need a visa. Other applicants must have permanent residency status in the USA eg: alien resident “Green Card” or US valid visa. Should apply with respective jurisdiction. (B1/B2 tourist visa holders and EAD holders must apply in their home country). I-797s extensions are not accepted as valid visa proof. I-797’s only accepted in case of green card extensions.
All Visa applicants must show their ID for visa collection and submit the original Visa Fee Receipt.

At the time of opting for the courier service, you will be provided an option to authorize an individual in your absence to sign for the package and verify their identity on your behalf.
