Permanent Resident Card or other US Immigration document allowing re- entry into the United States. Must have a validity of at least three (3) months beyond the last day of your trip in the Schengen Area

Round Trip Flight reservation showing the complete itinerary.

Employed: Original employment certificate (salary, joining date and the designation)
Business/Self-Employed: Business License
Sponsored: Financial support letter (for non- employees/minors/etc.) and sponsor’s documents.
Minor travelling with one parent/legal guardian/travelling alone: Birth certificate, original authorization signed by parents/legal guardian. Copy of passports of parents/legal guardians.
