Visa Application Process

Step 1: Determine the Appropriate Visa Type

Book an appointment with the designated Visa Application Center or embassy/consulate.

Step 4: Complete the Application & Gather Documents

Fill out the visa application form accurately. Based on your travel purpose, we will assist you in organizing and preparing the necessary supporting documents to ensure your application is complete.


Step 5: Attend Your Appointment

Arrive on time at the Visa Application Center or embassy/consulate. Submit your application and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph), and pay the applicable visa fee.


Step 6: Track Your Application

Monitor the status of your application online using the tracking system. You’ll need your application reference number and date of birth.


Step 7: Receive Your Passport

Once processing is complete, collect your passport in person or opt for courier delivery (if available). If your visa is approved, verify that all details on the visa sticker are correct.

When traveling to Italy, carry all necessary documents with you. Border officers may request proof of accommodation, a return ticket, and evidence of sufficient financial means.

Macao SAR - Visa Exemption only applies to holders of a ‘Região Administrativa Especial de Macau’ passport.


Taiwan - Visa Exemption only applies to holders of passports issued by Taiwan which include an identity card number.

  • Passport - valid for at least 3 months from the date of return

  • Photocopy of Omani residence visa and resident card valid for at least 3 months and must be in current passport

  • A recent passport sized color photograph with a white background

  • Hotel/s reservation/s, copy of a rental contract or proof of residential property

  • Flight reservation or flight ticket including return flight.

  • No objection letter from the applicant’s employer in original

  • Self-employed/investors: A valid original Commercial Registration Certificate and ID card copy of the person signing the no objection letter

  • Bank statement

  • Travel Medical Insurance

  • Minor travelling with one parent/legal guardian/travelling alone: Birth certificate, original authorization signed by parents/legal guardian. Copy of passports of parents/legal guardians.

  • E-Application form – duly completed on line

  • Passport - valid for at least 3 months from the date of return. Two sequent blank pages.

  • Photocopy of Omani residence visa and resident card valid for at least 3 months and must be in current passport

  • A recent passport sized color photograph with a white background

  • Hotel/s reservation/s, copy of a rental contract or proof of residential property
